Morning Glory, Geraniums and Tulips.......

No photo description available.

Hello Everyone: I'm here again wishing all of you health and safety, as the Country slowly attempts to get back to "business as usual", be cautious and safe.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
My RETRO RUBBER teammates and I have another Tic, Tac, Toe challenge for you to play with for the next 10 days, I hope to see you in our gallery.
Here's the card I made using the last horizontal row.
Have you ever lost something in your craft room, gave up looking and then found it again? Well, the little flower pots on this card are from a totally forgotten "Flower Soft" kit I bought maybe 7 or 8 years ago, I still have 2 uncut sheets of flower pots, 3 of glass vases and 3 of urns, so pretty and detailed, all you have to do is fussy cut them.
The flowers are from an old Flourishes set called "From the Garden" (2012), I stamped them on white card stock, colored them with my Prismacolor pencils and then fussy cut them.
The butterfly is from a SU set called "Papillon Potpourri" (2012-2013)
I used an old birch stencil for my background, the pattern paper is from a retired line from Lili of the Valley.
This is the INSIDE of my card.
The sentiment and gardening tools are from the Flourishes set.
I hope you come and play along with us at RETRO RUBBER, please remember to use stamps older than one year, read our rules for more details.
I'm playing along with these challenges.
Painted Harvest Twofer.......
Hello everyone: I'm posted very late today, we were busy trimming bushes and old branches because today was the last day for the service to come and pick them up to make mulch, it rained a bit but we're done, phew!!
I hope all of you are doing well, it felt so good to be outside on this cloudy but warm day, doing something outdoors, it's hard not to be able to go anywhere, even after the "we're open" suggestion, heck NO!! we're staying put, grilling outside is awesome if you want a change of scenery??
Anywho, stay safe and healthy and don't rush into things, just saying.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
I finally finished my cards for the Twofer Challenge with the prompt word FLOWERS.

My cards are created with the retired SU set called "Painted Harvest", love this set, the flowers can be stamped in any color, as you can see in these pictures.

Let Freedom Ring.......

Hello everyone: It's my ever-present hope that you and your families are doing well, staying healthy and safe.  We are doing fine up here, my family and I are still in lockdown, venturing out only for groceries, wearing our masks and gloves, this makes me think of how free we felt before this pandemic started, now, even a trip to the store is a worrisome task.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
This card needs no sentiment, I believe the images speak for themselves.
The Flag is from Our Daily Bread and it's called Old Flag, the image of the line of Soldiers is from Deep Red Stamps and it's called Band of Soldiers.
The Flag was stamped on Strathmore Bristol paper with gray Stazon ink and colored with Prismacolor pencils, the Soldiers were stamp on the same paper with Versafine black ink, clear heat embossed and fussy cut.
Here's the INSIDE.
The sentiment was stamped with a very old alphabet set, the letters are kind of wonky looking and hard to keep from toppling over either side, if it wasn't for the MISTI stamping the letters would have been even harder.
The little Flag waving little girl is from an old Flourishes set called "Patriotism on Parade" (2009)
I'm playing along with the following challenges.
I was inspired by the Flags and colors to create
my Shabby and Vintage card.
Thank you for visiting.
Stay safe and healthy.
XO
Maria.
