Beautifully Creepy.

 Hello everyone: I might sound like a broken record but I wish, from the bottom of my heart, that you and your families are healthy and safe in these difficult times we are living. Take care of yourselves and each other.

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Halloween is one of my favorite Holidays, I just love making spooky cards with really spooky critters, LOL!! I still send Halloween cards to my grown-up grandchildren who are 22, 19, 17, 16 and 13.
I don't know about you but I love spiders, I think they are marvelous little critters, very beneficial and quite cute. I want to clarify that I don't go around cuddling with them, petting them or anything like that, but you won't ever see me squashing one.  When I'm doing some chores or if I see one on a corner, I always have a small plastic glass and a piece of card stock handy so I can catch the little critter and throw it outside, I firmly believe there's more food for them to catch in my flower beds than inside my house.
This adorable little spider is from a super old, 2006 to be precise, Stampin' Up! set called "Best Friends" which I found on eBay after seeing a card made with one of the other images from this set on Pinterest.
I stamped the spider on plain white card stock with Memento black ink, I die cut the branch with a Memory Box die called "Grove Branch", the pattern papers and ribbons are from my stash, the stamped spiders are from a SU set called "Dark and Dreary" (2010 Holiday Mini) and the sentiment is from Kraftin' Kimmie, I forget the name of the stamp set, it's also pretty old.
This is the INSIDE of the card.
The sentiment is I think, from Inkadinkado, the spider web is from another old SU set called "Bite Me" (2013)
I want to play with the following challenges.
October Challenge "Spiders"
Spooky and/or Cute.
My little spider is both😉
Thank you for visiting me today.
Stay healthy, safe and please wear your masks.
Blooming Windowsill.
 Hello everyone: I hope you and your families are doing well, taking care of each other and wearing your masks.
I know they are cumbersome, we can't even wear pretty lipstick and our glasses get foggy but those are very small sacrifices compared to the benefits and the safety of us and our families.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

I have a card created with one of those stamped images in my box of "unfinished" projects. It's been staring me for a long time and today, I just couldn't take it anymore, this sweet image needed to be on a card.

The image is from a Power Poppy set called "Go Wild" stamped on watercolor paper with Stazon black ink and colored with SU markers and Prismacolor pencils.
The patter paper is super, duper old, I suspect is from SU but don't quote me on that. I embossed a piece of light gray card stock with a Tim Holtz embossing folder. The sentiment is from the set, the butterfly I think is from Hero Arts, I have no package for it, it's really old.

The sentiment is from a Power Poppy set called "Always Here", the flower from "Countryside Bouquet Delux", which is unfortunately sold out.

I want to play with the following challenges.

Thank you for stopping by today.
Stay healthy, safe and please wear your masks.

Grilling Joys.

 Hello dear blogging friends: As with every time I post here, I'm praying that you and your families are doing well in these very difficult times we're living.

Stay healthy, safe and please wear your masks.

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Well, Autumn is here for a lot f us who live up North, the green leaves are changing into their amazing colors, the temperature is nice and crisp, a little rainy, a little sunny, always beautiful.
The challenge for the next 10 days at RETRO RUBBER is a favorite of mine, I love that you have a bunch of fun options to create your cards.
I chose the left vertical column, Metallics, Masculine, and Embossing.
This card is for my son in law Michael, he is my youngest daughter Adriana's husband and he loves to grill, he also has a smoker so, you can imagine we get some of his delicious meats and veggies every time he's out there in their patio barbequing.  They live next door so we can also smell the yumminess and can't wait to taste it too.
I haven't used this adorable die set from Stampin' Up! in a very long time and that's a shame, I just adore all these little images, especially the kitchen utensils and other details, you can make this little apron as feminine or as masculine as you wish by changing colors and papers. I wish you could see the silver foil I used for the kitchen utensils, but I know you know how hard it is to photograph metallics.
The sentiments are from a Power Poppy set called "Sage Advice", this set has the most adorable and beautifully illustrated images and, it's on sale now.
Just so you know, I give the information about the stuff I use on my cards just because I love these products, there's no financial compensation of any kind.
This is the INSIDE of my card.
The sentiment is from a Power Poppy set called "Farmers Market" which unfortunately is sold out.
Thank you for stopping by today.
Please go to the RETRO RUBBER challenge blog and check out my teammates' awesome creations and I hope you find some time to play along.
Read our rules and don't forget to include the age of at least one of the stamps you used for your creation.
See you in our gallery.
Stay healthy and safe and please, wear your masks.
The sentiment is from a retired SU set called "Climbing Roses" (2019 Occasions Mini), the butterfly is from a My Favorite Things called "Beautiful Butterflies".
