Basket of Blooms.........

Hello everyone: I'm a bit late with this post, I was doing other stuff around the house, mainly laundry and preparing some meals to freeze for later but, here's this card created with yet another NBUS stamp, I can't believe I haven't inked it up until now, shame on me!!

This is a stamp set called "Basket of Blooms" from the 2018 Sale-a-bration catalog, I just love this image so much. I stamped it on Strathmore Bristol Smooth and die cut the circle, I colored with SU markers and re-inkers.
The golden pattern paper is from Hobby Lobby, the sentiment is from the set.

This is how the INSIDE of my card looks like.

The sentiment is from a retired SU set called "Whimsical Words"

Tweet Tidings.......

Hello everyone: I pray and hope all of you are staying healthy and safe, we all need to be extra patient while we adjust to this new "normal", our carefree days are gone for now, but with God's help and working together, we can conquer this disease and hopefully, learn some valuable lessons.

I have another card created with a new, uninked (till now) stamp set from Power Poppy called Tweet Tidings, these little Chickadees are just adorable, I love watching them come to the feeders rain or shine.

I stamped this little bird on Strathmore Bristol paper with Versafine black ink and colored with SU markers, I added some stickles to the snow on the branch for a bit of shine, the sentiment and musical notes are from the set, the pattern papers are from a retired line from Lili of the Valley.

This is how the INSIDE of my card looks like.

All of the images are from the same Power Poppy set.

I want to play along with the following challenges.

Poppies........

Hello everyone: I have several stamp sets that are brand, spanking new that are begging for some ink, this one from Power Poppy is one of them.

This stamp set is called Poppies and the images are beautiful.
I stamped this one on Strathmore Bristol Smooth paper with Versafine ink and clear heat embossed it then, colored it with SU markers, the sentiment is from a set that has no name, it's old, so I probably disposed of the package a long time ago.  I struggled a bit with adding some embellishments, the card I CASE'd, from Stacy Morgan is this one below, I had a problem with the bow, my ribbon was not very pliable and I should have cut my image a bit smaller so I could add a bit of a border at the bottom, that's why I added the ribbon on the side.

More Forest Beauties..........

Hello everyone: I have another card made with the Power Poppy set called Woodland Treasures and that's what they are, little views of what you might encounter when you're taking a walk through the forests.

I stamped the image on a piece of Strathmore Bristol Smooth paper with Versafine ink and clear heat embossed it, then I colored with SU markers, I lightly sponged the panel with Distress Inks.

This is how the INSIDE of my card looks like.

I stamped a leaf border using one of the stamps on a retired SU set called "Fabulous Flourettes" (2011 Mini), the sentiment is from an old Flourishes set called "Around the Arbor" (2010) and the little mushrooms are from a Power Poppy set called Natural Beauties.
