 Hello everyone: I hope you and your families are doing well, keeping each other healthy and safe.

This is the inside.

And this is what I used.

DSP from Lilly of the Valley (discontinued)
Power Poppy "Always There" for the sentiment in front.
The Glitter stripes were a gift from my dear friend Lisa Poe.

A Mousey Birthday.

 Hello dear friends: As always, I hope and pray that you and your families are doing well, keeping each other healthy and still wearing your masks.

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
I have a few Whipper Snapper plain rubber stamps that I haven't used in a long while so, here's a card created with one of them.
This is the INSIDE
This is what I used.
The Mouse is from Whipper Snapper Designs but I think this particular
image is discontinued.
I colored it with Prismacolor pencils.
I die cut the image and then, stamped the candle, colored it
and glued it to the image.
The sentiments are from Power Poppy's "Party Time" and
"Tea in the Garden".
The balloon is from Hero Arts "Be Happy Today".
The pattern papers are from my stash.
Now, for some unknown reason, my usual "swimbikerunandstamp" watermark that I use for my non-Designer Team's cards, is not working, I don't know why, it just doesn't want to stick to my image so, I resorted to putting the watermark from  "The Flower Challenge" which is one of my Designer Teams.
I hope I can figure out what the heck is going on with my regular watermark.
Anyway, I want to play with the following challenges.
A Sketch Challenge from Jaydee.
Game #25 "Happy Birthday"
Anything Goes, option "Color It"
Thank you for stopping by today.
Chocolate, Chocolate!!!!!
 Hello everyone: As always, I pray you and your families are doing well, this Pandemic is not over, whether you had your shot or not, please keep wearing your masks.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

I have a yummy card to share today, as I started coloring this image yesterday, the urge to have some chocolate was overwhelming, so I went to get a Hershey's bar, started eating it, being extra careful not to get a chocolaty smudge on my panel.

Happy 13th!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hello everyone: On July 11th. was my youngest grandson 13th. Birthday!!
I can't believe how fast the years just flew by, and now, here's this beautiful, sweet, funny young man, who is an awesome student, loving son, brother, and grandchild and, last but definitely not least, he is an amazing drum player.  We are so proud of him.  I made this card for him.

I found this image on Pinterest, I printed it out and colored with Prismacolor pencils.
The sentiment is from a retired SU set called "Curly Cute"

Lets Have Cake.......

Hello everyone: I know I say it every time I post but, I hope you all are doing well, keeping busy and being cautious, we all need to adjust to a new "normal" so, let's make the most of it.  I'm posting a little late because we went to the store to get some things we needed and I'm happy to say we found what we needed.

This card was created with a couple of totally forgotten stamp sets, the cake is from Stampin' Up! set called "Celebration Time", (I have the dies too) from the 2017-2018 Annual Catalog and the equally forgotten "Layering Marble" stamp set from Waffle Flower, (2013)
I must confess that this set is a bit tricky to use, I watched several videos on Utube to try to learn how to position the stamps but I think I need more practice, I kind of got a bit frustrated so I decided to just stamp the images trying to create the marble effect and then, I added some gold paint to some places for a little bling.  The sentiment is from a retired SU set called "Itty Bitty Banners" (2013), the little paper flowers are from my stash.
*****************************************************
This is how the INSIDE of my card looks like.

The sentiment is from a 2010 Sale-a-bration SU set called "Whimsical Words", the little candles are from a Penny Black set called "Cupcakes"

I'm playing along with the following challenges.

Playing with the sketch and the cake.

Hello everyone: I know for a fact we all need Birthday cards so it's better to have a good stash ready to go on a moment's notice.  The SHOPPING OUR STASH challenge's theme for this next 10 days is BIRTHDAYS so we all hope you come along and play with us in our gallery.

This image is from a Power Poppy set called Tea in the Garden, the DSP is from my stash and the little gift from a set by "There She Goes" called "All Wrapped Up!" I stamped the cake with Versafine black ink, clear heat embossed it and colored it with SU markers. The little gift is colored with Prismacolor pencils.
I die cut the balloons using colored vellum.

Sweets for The Twofer Challenge.....

Hello everyone: Well, it took a bit of time for me to come up with a couple of cards for the new Twofer Challenge, with a theme of SWEETS, and it wasn't because I don't have any sweets stamps, but because I had to figure out how to create two cards, using the same stamp, for two different occasions.
So I came up with these two cards, hope you like them.

**************************************************

I decided to create a Happy New Year card, I don't make too many of those but I really like the way this one turned out.
The image is from a Power Poppy set called Under Glass, love all the images on it with the option to put them under the glass bell or not.
I stamped the image on a die-cut piece of white card stock masking the candle and, with the aid of the MISTI, repositioned the stamp so I can stamp one of the sparklers in place of the candle, then I colored the image with Prismacolor pencils, and added a bit of gold paint to the sparklers, the embossing folder is from SU (retired) but I can't recall the name, the golden frame from my stash of die cuts.
The word "happy" and the "2020" are from a die set that I got at the bargain bin at Michael's, I paid $3.00 for it, woo hoo!!
**************************************************
This is how the INSIDE of my card looks like.

The border is from a stash of leftover pattern paper, the sentiment and horn are from Power Poppy set called "Marcella's Mixtape Vol. 1"

****************************************************
Here's my Twofer.

I made a Birthday card, coloring the image the same way, I added a strip of pattern paper with the candles, so cute, die-cut the panels and stamped the sentiment from a Power Poppy set called Tea in the Garden, I added some enamel dots from Gina Marie Designs.

***********************************************************
This is how the INSIDE of my card looks like.

The row of balloons are from a My Favorite Things set called, the sentiment is from a Power Poppy set called Ewe Are the Best and the cupcake from a Penny Black set called Cupcakes

I want to play along with the following challenges.
