Hello Everyone: This week,
CAS(E) this Sketch! has a really pretty sketch by
N@ Ali that gives you free range about what images to put in it so, even if Christmas is a long way off, I made this card using a set of dies I bought a very long time ago. Back then, I never entertain the idea of having a blog so, I just put my dies in magnetic sheets and tossed the packaging, ughhh!! now, I'm kicking my self in the you know what because I don't know where the majority of my dies are from. I apologize for this, I wish I could tell you the name or what company made them, if you recognize them, please let me know, ok? Here is my card.
I die cut the snowflakes out of a sheet of pearlescent vellum and the "Merry" sentiment, from a scrap of gold paper. The only embellishments are some SU pearls. I glued everything on a Real Red card base. Here is the sketch that inspired this card.
Thank you for visiting, now I'm the one who has the question, if you recognize this snow flake die cuts, I would appreciate if you let me know, I'm trying to label all my dies, I still have a lot without a name and this is one of them.
Till next time, happy stamping.
Hugs from Maria.

Pretty snowflakes ! I like the Merry sentiment also . You did well with this sketch transforming it into a card with some of your stowed away treasures !
Thanks Sonny, I just wish I knew where those snowflake dies came from.
Snowflakes already wow you scared me there with your title! Phew! Thought you may had seen some since you're somewhat close to Chicago I fear you'll see them within a few weeks just sayin'! So many snowflake dies out there, who knows where they belong! All that matters is you've kept them and are still using them! Lovely card, probably just as stunning in Christmas Green, and an Icy Blue like Pool Party, Coastal Cabana or even Coastal Cabana! Hang onto that perfect sketch Maria!
I mean't Bermuda Bay..te he
LOL!! I wish I would have kept all of those labels, who knew I was going to be blogging, sheeesh!! I will keep on looking out there for where they came from.
Thanks my friend.
Love your snowflakes, Maria! They may be Impression Obsession. It's hard to keep up with all the companies and I get lots of exercise running upstairs to check on a name and downstairs to blog.
A really bright and fun Christmas card but, unfortunately, our one layer challenge has the theme 'Autumn' so you card won't qualify this time. Also pleas check out our guidelines for one layer cards, inlaid die cuts are allowed but this would be classified as additional layers.
Thanks for sharing with us and please do join us again.

Less is More
Thank you Bonnie, I'm going to keep looking, I found the name of 3 so far but not this one, now, every time I buy a die set, I put the company's name and the name of the die on the magnetic sheet, live and learn.
And, I can picture you going up and down the stairs, if I didn't have this computer in my craft room, I would be doing the same. Stay fit!!
Thank you Neets, I apologize for this error, I think I just got carried away when I wrote the post.
Oh, and you better believe it I will play again with you guys, I love "Less is More"!!!
sweet and simple
Thank you Mary, it's always fun to see you stopped by.
Very pretty take on the sketch!
