This image is from the stamp set called Sage Advice .
I stamped the image onto Canson water color paper with Stazon Jet Black ink and colored it with my Prismacolor Pencils. For the colander I wanted to achieve a bit of a copper color, I really tried but it was not really happening, although I do like the vintage green I ended up with. I die cut the image using SU Retired Windows Frames Collection dies and pierced the edges with the template.
The sentiment is from the same set, I stamped onto a scrap of water color paper, snipped it and stamped it using SU Hardwood background stamp to make a sign.
The little Gingham bow and the scissors are part of this set, I stamped them onto water color paper, colored and paper snipped them to show how adorable they are.
Here is the banner that inspired this card.

I also thank Brian King for sending you that first card on his first swap. Oh boy!! I do miss those!!!
I think your colander came out great! Must find out what's up with Sonny & scissors! Maybe she's a collector! Love your handmade wooden sign oh my gosh! Seen it before on a Purple Onion card you made! Nice to see your blogging going well! Happy New Year to you and your Family!
Thank you Patti, you've also been such a great and helpful friend throughout this challenge of mine, sharing your knowledge about blogging and helping me smooth out some rough edges. You always come here to leave me some love with your sweet comments and for that, I'm so grateful.
The Rodriguez family wishes yours, Joy and Health for 2016!!!!!
Maria, I've been studying and studying this card...it is awesome! I actually purchased this set along with a few others after following you and Patti. Thank you for sharing your creativity and talent.
Thank you Rosanne, how wonderful that you have this set, it's just beautiful. Marcella creates the most beautiful images, she used to design stamp sets for Flourishes until they closed their doors, then she created Power Poppy and I couldn't be happier.
So glad you've bought other sets.
It's all in the wonderful details . . . like the scissors and gingham ribbon!
Thank you Mary, I really love this cute pair of scissors, they are a bit difficult to snip out but totally worth the effort and, hanging them from this snipped ribbon, makes them look even sweeter.
Such a sweet design with the herbs! I think the colander still does have a great coppery effect, love the little fussy cut scissor too! Thanks so much for playing along again at Power Poppy!
Thank you Christine, it's always so much fun to play along at the Power Poppy challenges.
Have a Joyful and Healthy 2016!!
Maria, this is just too pretty for words. You are an amazing artist and I adore everything you create. I really need to take more time for trying my hand at challenges, but it seems I am busier now than when I was working. I suppose that's because I have so many things on my to do list, that stamping sometimes takas a back seat. I have a monthly stamp camp so I always have to design and cut supplies for that too. But I will try soon. In the meantime, I love seeing your creativity and get to ooh and ahhh daily. Happy New Year!
Thank you Bobbi, you are just so sweet, I appreciate your comments so much. I really hope you give the challenges a try, it's a lot of fun and it gives your imagination a good kick to try new things and share your creativity with a lot of people who'd appreciate it. You can win prizes or get invited to be a guest designer, I love this.
I wish for you and your family a Joyful and Hearlthy 2016!!!!!
What cute little details - I just love this one.
