Lovely as a Tree.....

Hello everyone: This week at SHOPPING OUR STASH, we have an awesome challenge for you to try and, with the beautiful Autumn season in full swing, we want to see TREES, TREES, TREES!!
I pull out one of my first Stampin Up stamp sets I bought back in 2006, "Lovely as a Tree", it has gorgeous images that are perfect for any time of the year. So go dig out your beautiful tree stamps and join us in the gallery.  Here is my card.

I die cut a piece of Canson water color paper with the Wonky Stitched dies and stamped this trees with Versamark ink and heat embossed them with gold embossing powder, then I put the panel back in the die to sponge the sun, sky and grass.  I always add some birds to this pretty line of trees so I grabbed the retired SU "Up, up and Away" from the 2011-2012 SU catalog and stamped them with Versafine black ink.
I cut a panel of gold foil paper and glue it on the back, added some gold brads for a little texture.
The sentiment is from Teeny, Tiny Wishes punched with the Word Window punch.
Here is a picture of the finished inside of my card.

The sentiment and image are from my very old stash.

I hope you join us in the gallery, for more inspiration, go visit my teammates' blogs, to see their wonderful creations.
Thank you for stopping by, I always read all the comments you so kindly leave on my posts, I want you to know I appreciate each one more than words can express.
Until next time, happy stamping.
Hugs from Maria.
