Tiny Clothes Line.....

RRCB 87

Hello everyone: Once again the RETRO RUBBER CHALLENGE has a fun and versatile sketch for you to play with, here's the card I made and I hope it will inspire you to come and play along.

It's been a while since I made a baby card so I went into my collection of baby stamp sets and found this one from Flourishes called "Hello Baby" dating back from April of 2012, this set has the sweetest images and sentiments for babies.
I stamped this cute clothes line on a die cut piece of watercolor paper with Stazon black ink and colored it with SU markers, I sponged the sky and grass with distress inks.
The sentiment is from another adorable Flourishes set called "Baby Love" stamped on a die cut banner from Spellbinders.  The little Rocking Horse came in a bag of baby buttons, I just snipped the back to be able to attach it with a glue dot to the card.

***************************************************************************

This is how the INSIDE of my card looks like.

The sentiment is from the "Hello Baby" set, and the baby rattle from the "Baby Love" set that came out back in August of 2009, I always bought my Flourishes sets right when they were available for purchase, didn't want to risk missing out on them.

I hope you come and play with us at the RETRO RUBBER CHALLENGE and make sure you stop by to see what my teammates created to inspire you.

Thank you for stopping by, I always read every single comment you so kindly leave on my posts, I want you to know I appreciate them more than words can express.
Until next time, happy stamping.
Hugs from Maria.

Cutest baby clothesline and prettiest verse! I love baby cards. Couldn't resist the new Power Poppy baby set. I love the minty color you used, and there's something so particularly sweet about the baby rattle inside. Really love that.

So sweet . . . I think my favorite detail is the little rocking horse that represents the "dot" in the sketch. Clever!

Maria, what a cute baby card! I love how you built the scene and then die cut it out! Just perfect and perfect take on the sketch.

Such a sweet card Maria, I love an embossing folder and your spotty one works so well here. Like Mary Fish, I LOVE that rocking horse embellishment. As always your image is beautifully coloured. Clairex
