Zinnias For Your Birthday!!

Hello everyone: As always, I hope you and your families are doing well, staying healthy and safe.

THE FLOWER CHALLENGE has arrived at the halfway point so here's my reminder card to inspire you to come and play along with us.

This is the inside.

 And this is what I used.

Flourishes "Zinnias"  (2011)

Power Poppy "Short Stacks" (2015) for the sentiment inside.

The Hexagon die cut is (I think) from Spellbinders.

The numbers on the little tag are from Concord & 9th. "Happy Day"

DSP from my stash (Hobby Lobby)

I used Prismacolor pencils to color my image, for the vase, I used a combination of "Green Apple" (PC-912) and "Light Cerulean Blue" (PC-904)

I want to play with these challenges.

Thanks a Zinnias Bunch.......

Hello everyone: After so many days of seeing people of all races marching together to protest and demand justice, I'm happy to see some positive changes are being achieved, but this is just the first hurdle, the race is not over, not yet.
I'm thankful for being able to express my feelings to my dear friends in this amazing card-making community, as a Mexican-American immigrant woman, I feel so blessed.

I have another card I created using a stash of partially colored, unfinished images

that have been in this box way too long. Here's a picture of just a "few" of these images, my intention is to use them all.
Today's image in on the left bottom corner.

Here's my card.

This image is from a retired Flourishes set called "Zinnias", it was stamped on Canson watercolor paper with Stazon black ink and colored with Prismacolor pencils. The flower vase was colored with a "River Rock" SU marker, I love this color, I wonder what color comes close to it in the new collection.

The sentiments on the front and inside, are from the same set.
