A Gift From Rachel........

Hello again everyone: The theme at THE FLOWER CHALLENGE for the month of March is the very popular "Anything Goes" and, as a fabulous bonus, our talented teammate Rachel Vass is giving away 2 of her fabulous and beautiful digital images for our winner and she has also given the DT some of these images to use on our cards so, here's a card I made with one of them to inspire you to come and play along with us in our gallery.

This beautiful Peony flower was printed on white card stock and colored with Prismacolor pencils.
I fussy cut it and using foam dimensionals, attached it to a die-cut panel using a Spellbinders die set called......., the pattern paper is from a Lili of the Valley retired line. I added some Gina Marie Designs enamel dots for a little bling, the sentiment is from a Power Poppy set called.......

A Little Bird Told Me........

Hello everyone: March is here and with it comes Spring so I pulled out this 2008 Stampin' Up! set called "Spring Song", I haven't inked these beautiful images in a long time and that's not acceptable.

I stamped this little Blue Bird on a die-cut piece of plain white card stock and colored it with Prismacolor pencils, sponged the sky with distress inks and glue it to a scalloped circle. The pattern paper is from Lili of the Valley, the white embossed panel was done with a Stampin' Up! EF called  Tufted 3D Embossing Folder, the sentiment is from a retiredðŸ˜ĒStampin' Up! set called "Sitting Here"

***************************************************
This is how the INSIDE of my card looks like.

The sentiment is from a Power Poppy set called Poppies, the little pot with flowers is from the same SU set.

I want to play along with the following challenges.

Time to Chill............

Hello everyone: I know it's still Winter in most of the Northern States and all of us are waiting patiently for some signs of Spring and soon, Summer so the DT at SHOPPING OUR STASH want you to think about hot days, beaches, pools, refreshing beverages and ice cream.
This is the card I made to inspire you to think about Summer.

These images are from two old Flourishes sets, the ice cream cone and the popsicle are from a set called "Pinwheels and Popsicles" (2013), the pitcher with lemonade from one called "On the Porch" (2012).
I stamped them on white card stock and colored them with Prismacolor pencils, fussy cut them and glue them on a die-cut oval, the pattern papers are from my stash, I added some enamel dots from Gina Marie Designs.

*******************************************************
This is how the INSIDE of my card looks like.

The sentiment is from an old Stapin' Up! set called "Whimsical Words" that came out in the 2010 Sale-a-bration catalog.

So I hope you start thinking of warm Summer days and come join my SHOPPING OUR STASH teammates and me in our gallery.

Thank you for visiting.

Hello everyone: It's still very much Winter up here in the Midwest so, I'm here with another flower card for the RETRO RUBBER CHALLENGE, to bring a little bit of color into my very cold and gray days while I wait for my garden to wake up!!

These images are from the 2015 Altenew set called Beautiful Day
I stamped the image on a panel of white card stock with Stazon gray ink and colored it with only my Prismacolor pencils. I added a few enamel dots from Gina Marie Designs, the sentiment is from the set.

This is how the INSIDE of my card looks like.

The border is from a retired SU set called Delicate Details, the sentiment and corner leaf are from the Altenew set.

I hope you come and play with us at our RETRO RUBBER CHALLENGE.
Please remember that at least one of the stamps you use should be OLDER THAN ONE YEAR, and if you can, we would love it if you can tell us the age of the stamps you used for your card.

I hope to see you in our gallery real soon.

I See Seashells by the Seashore............

Hello everyone: I know that most of you up in the Northern States can't wait till warm temperatures get here, I'm really longing for warm, sunny days, preferably at some beach where the only cold thing would be a drink in my hand, just like it says in that song by Kenny Chesney called No Shoes, No Shirt, No Problem......, I hope you check it out, it's fun and will most definitely, make you jealous😉!!

These little shells are from a very old Flourishes set called "Seaside Life", it was released in July 2009, I probably bought it right away or soon after it came out.
The set has bigger images of all of these little ones and a few really thoughtful sentiments.  I stamped them on a panel of watercolor paper with Versafine black ink, clear heat embossed it and colored it with SU markers.

*****************************************************
This is how the INSIDE of my card looks like.

The sentiment is from a 2010 SU set called Whimsical Words.

I'm sharing this card at:
