Twofer fun #3.....

Hello dear blogging friends: Here I am again with another pair of cards for the Twofer Challenge in which you have to create two cards, totally different, for two separate occasions using the same stamp set, die or punch, this time around the theme is "BLOSSOMS".
I used one of my most favorite Stampin' Up! die sets called "Botanical Blooms" (sadly retired) to create this cards.

The pattern papers on the Christmas card are from a discontinued line from Lili of the Valley, the word "Merry" was die cut with a Penny Black die set called "Love and Joy".
For the second card, I used white card stock and the same dies for the flowers, I sponged them with distress inks. I put some Rhine Stones on all of the flowers to add a bit of bling.

*******************************************************************

This is how the INSIDE of my cards look like.

The "Joy" word is from Penny Black, the sentiment on the second card from a retired Flourishes set called "Season of Thanks".

Here are some individual pictures of the cards.

This challenge is so much fun, I've said it before, it really makes you work and think to come up with your designs, which is great for our creative brain so, thank you Darnell and all the Twofer DT gals for all the wonderful inspiration.

I would like to play along with the following challenges.

Die Cuttin Divas Challenge#361 "FLOWERS"

The Holly and Ivy Christmas Challenge #25 "Anything Goes Christmas"

Dream Valley Challenges #175 "Spring Colors"

Incy Wincy Designs Challenge "No more than 3 colors" Excluding black and white. (The card I'm entering to this challenge is the one with the pink flowers)

Thank you for stopping by, I always read every single comment you so kindly leave on my posts, I want you to know I appreciate them more than words can express.
Until next time, happy stamping.
Hugs from Maria.

Wonderful cards. Your Christmas card is so pretty with those gorgeous flowers used that way on it. And, I really love the other card as well using it as a thank you card. Both have so much texture on them which really makes them look very elegant. Thanks for joining the Twofer Challenge #3.

You did a beautiful job with these, Maria! Those flowers look very Christmasy on your Christmas card and very springy on your thank you card. Amazing how you've changed up the look. Love them both!

Bravo, Maria! These are outstanding designs! I love how you used that Botanical Blooms set to create a very festive Christmas card! The beautiful spray of flowers, the plaid, and that big organza red bow with that shadowed Merry font are wonderful elements!! And your thank you card is so sweet and lovely with the swiss dots and springtime shades of pink and green!! Thank you so much for playing again in Twofer Card Challenge #3! Mwah! Hugs, Darnell
