Power Poppy "Short Stacks" stamp set. (2015)
The word "Congrats" was die cut, I don't remember where I got this die.

What a gorgeous bouquet! Every now and then you use an old Flourishes set that I don't remember. This is WOW the way you colored it and placed the "congrats" across the bottom. It's so nice to see some flowers other than poinsettias!

I like the bouquet on the white because it really shows it off
