Forgotten Orchids.

Hello everyone: As always, I hope and pray you and your families are doing well, taking care of each other and still wearing your masks.

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
My teammates and I over at RETRO RUBBER have a fabulous sketch, by our teammate Claire Grantham, for you to play with.
This is the card I created using this fun sketch.  The stamp set is just so beautiful, and I have the dies too, I'm ashamed to say I haven't used it in a very long time.  It took me just about 30 min. to put this card together, I had the DSP panel already cut, the sentiment and the semi-circle on the side were also in my "save for later" box, and the Washi tape was saved from an envelope in which a friend sent a card.
This is the INSIDE.
And this is what I used.
"Climbing Orchids", Stampin' Up! (2017-2018)
Flourishes "Gerbera Daisies" for the inside sentiment, (retired)
DSP from Lili of the Valley (discontinued😭)
I hope you stop by the RETRO RUBBER challenge to get more inspiration from my fabulous teammates and then, come and play along.
Thank you for visiting me today.
Stay healthy and safe.
XO
Maria.
Climbing Orchids.....
Hello everyone and welcome to another fun time over at THE FLOWER CHALLENGE.  My teammates and I have an awesome sketch for you to play with so I hope you find some flower stamps and come and join us in our gallery.
This is the sketch.
And here's my card, I left it without a sentiment so I can add it as I need it.
These images are from a beautiful SU set called "Climbing Orchids", it has a coordinating die set which comes in very handy to cut out these pretty flowers.
I stamped all 3 of them on watercolor paper with Versafine black ink and clear heat embossed them, then I color them in with some Sakura Koi watercolors.
The branch is from Memory Box, the papers from my stash and the enamel dots from Gina Marie Designs.
*********************************************************
This is how the INSIDE of my card looks like.
The lace border is from a retired SU set called "Delicate Details", the sentiment and the little Orchids buds from the Orchid set.
So I hope you join my teammates and me at THE FLOWER CHALLENGE gallery, we can't wait to see what you create.
Thank you for stopping by, your comments always make my day.
XO
Maria.
