Tic, Tac, Toe Fun.

 I really like the Tic Tac Toe challenges, you have a lot of choices to play around with, I picked the first vertical row on the RETRO RUBBER grid, "Birthday, Neutrals and Die or Punch".  

Here's my card and I hope you get inspired to play along.
