Baby, Baby.

Hello everyone: As always, I hope you and your families are doing well, keeping each other healthy and safe.

***************************************************************

It's been a while since I made a baby card, no one that I know is having babies any time soon but who knows, my daughters have co-workers and they have grandchildren who might have a sweet announcement in the future, so I want to be ready, the SHOPPING OUR STASH challenge for the next 10 days is "Power of Pastels", so this gave me the best reason to dust off these sweet and adorable and ohh!! so vintage sets.

This is the inside.

And this is what I used.
Flourishes "Hello Baby" (2012)

I hope you come and play along with us over at SHOPPING OUR STASH
where my fabulous teammates have beautiful cards to inspire you.
Thank you so much for your visit and for your comments, they always make my day.
Please take care and stay healthy and safe.

A Little Pastel Reminder.....

Hello everyone: It's that time again for THE FLOWER CHALLENGE "Pretty Pastels" reminder and I'm here with a new card to inspire you to come and play along.

This image is from a Power Poppy set called Springtime Love, I stamped it on white card stock with Wisteria Wonder ink (I can't believe this ink pad is still juicy enough to stamp with) and colored it with Prismacolor pencils.
The sentiment is from another Power Poppy set called Dynamic Duos: Peonies and Tulips.
********************************************************
This is how the INSIDE of my card looks like.

The sentiment is called Everything's Even Rosier from Power Poppy, the butterfly is from a 2004 Stampendous set (discontinued)

I hope you stop by THE FLOWER CHALLENGE blog to check out my teammates' gorgeous creations, gather more inspiration and come join us in the gallery, we can't wait to see what you create.
Remember we have a price Bev from UNIKO to give away this month, she's sponsoring us and we are so very grateful.
Please remember that FLOWERS should be the main focus on your cards, you can only enter 6 other challenges, including ours, for more details on our rules, just click on the tab above the post.
And stop by also by our fabulous Guest Designer Michelle Lupton to check out her gorgeous cards.
Thank you for stopping by, your comments always make my day.

Pastels, Pastels.....

Hello everyone: THE FLOWER CHALLENGE has a new theme for you to play with this month and its PRETTY PASTELS, so we all hope you come and join us in our gallery.  This is the card I made to inspire you but be sure to stop by the blog and check out my awesome teammates' creations.

The image is from a Power Poppy set called Dynamic Duos: Peonies and Tulips and its heat embossed in white and colored with SU markers adding a bit of Wink of Stella, hope you can see it, the sentiment is from the same set.
The die cut frame is from Spellbinders called Tranquil Moments, the middle section where the flowers were stamped was traced and fussy cut.

**************************************************
This is how the INSIDE of my card looks like.

I stamped the border with a retired SU set called "Bordering Blooms", the sentiment is from another retired SU set called "Whimsical Words" and the slice of cake is from an old Flourishes set, I think it's called "Celebrate".

I hope you come and play along with us over at THE FLOWER CHALLENGE, remember to make flowers the main focus on your cards, and please read our rules, we have a fabulous prize for one lucky winner from UNIKO so it's worth to take a look so you can have a chance.

Thank you for stopping by, your comments always make my day.
Hugs.
Maria.
