Rainbows

 Hello everyone: As always, I hope and pray you and your families are doing well, taking care of each other and wearing your masks.

My hubby and I went to get our first Covid-19 shot on March 18th., and I'm happy to report that, aside for a sore arm at the injection site for a couple of days, we didn't have any adverse effects to the vaccine for which we both feel immensely grateful, we go for our second shot on April 14th.  Of course, we will continue to be cautious, as the guide-lines from doctors and experts suggest.

Welcome to our new challenge over at RETRO RUBBER, since Spring is in full swing, we want to see rainbows on your cards.  Here's mine to inspire you to play along.  I hope you hop over to our challenge blog for more inspiration from my awesome teammates.

I decided to use one of my oldest stamp/die sets (2014), I just adore these little houses and extras.

Easter Lillies.

Hello everyone: I hope all is good with you and your families, I know it's hard to do what's right, especially when the weather is so hot, wearing a mask is uncomfortable, but being attached to a respirator.....well, you know what I mean.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
I've been working on creating some cards using my UFO's (Un-Finished Objects), you know? those stamped panels and layouts you kind of leave for later but never get around to finish.
I stamped two of this image, I'll make another card with a different design later.
**********************************************
The image is from "Stampers Best" and was stamped on watercolor paper with Stazon black ink and colored with SU re-inkers and Prismacolor pencils.
The planter is from a super old kit from "Flower Soft" (I kind of fiddle with this style for a while), the patter paper is from "The Paper Studio" (one-sided), the sentiment (Power Poppy "Natural Beauties") was stamped on a die-cut from a Spellbinders set called "Tranquil Moments", I cut it in half for the sentiment and the decoration on the corner.
The sentiment is from Power Poppy "Everything's Even Rosier", the little flower from "Natural Beauties".
I'm playing with these challenges.
May Your Holidays Sparkle.....
Hello dear friends:  I've been taking a break from blogging, this is my first post in almost 2 weeks. I've been feeling very stressed out by the events happening here int he USA, the uncertainty and violence make me feel very worried and fearful of the storm that's brewing in the ever-approaching distance and that is why, every time I post in my blog my dearest wish is that you and your families are doing well dealing with these very difficult and painful times.
Please take care of yourselves and each other.
