Double Folding Boxes.

 Hello everyone: I always hope and pray you and your families are doing well, keeping each other safe and still wearing your masks.

My hubby and I are fully vaccinated now, things will be normal again soon.

The SHOPPING OUR STASH challenge is dedicated to all the Moms out there.

I made a couple of boxes for my daughters which I will fill with some yummy Ghirardelli Chocolates, I think you can easily fit 2 in each box.

I followed the directions on the video tutorial from the amazing Julie DiMatteo from THE PAPER PIXIE, her videos are just the best!! I hope you go and check out this one, you'll be cutting and scoring in no time, this box is awesome.

This is how it looks closed.

This is how it looks from the top.

This is how it looks opened.

Julie has more pictures and templates ON HER BLOG so be sure to go and check that out, you will enjoy it from start to finish.

This is what I used.

DSP and ribbons from my stash.
Sentiment from a retired Flourishes set called "Picking Wild Flowers" (2013)

So I hope you hop over to the SHOPPING OUR STASH challenge blog and check out my teammates' beautiful projects then, join us in our gallery.

Forgotten Orchids.

Hello everyone: As always, I hope and pray you and your families are doing well, taking care of each other and still wearing your masks.

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
My teammates and I over at RETRO RUBBER have a fabulous sketch, by our teammate Claire Grantham, for you to play with.
This is the card I created using this fun sketch.  The stamp set is just so beautiful, and I have the dies too, I'm ashamed to say I haven't used it in a very long time.  It took me just about 30 min. to put this card together, I had the DSP panel already cut, the sentiment and the semi-circle on the side were also in my "save for later" box, and the Washi tape was saved from an envelope in which a friend sent a card.
This is the INSIDE.
And this is what I used.
"Climbing Orchids", Stampin' Up! (2017-2018)
Flourishes "Gerbera Daisies" for the inside sentiment, (retired)
DSP from Lili of the Valley (discontinued😭)
I hope you stop by the RETRO RUBBER challenge to get more inspiration from my fabulous teammates and then, come and play along.
Thank you for visiting me today.
Stay healthy and safe.
XO
Maria.
Playing in my Craft Room.
Hello everyone: I hope and pray all of you are healthy and safe, and still wearing your masks.  My hubby and I are fully vaccinated, we didn't have any bad reactions except for sore arms both times and we feel blessed and grateful for that.
So, I haven't bought any stamp sets in months, but what I did buy was die sets, especially from Stampin' Up!, when they have a sale, I stock up.
I had a couple of stamp sets that I bought back in January of 2020 that I've used just a couple of times to make some last-minute cards for my youngest daughter, LOL!! And now, the die sets for those stamps are on sale so I jumped in!!!
I also bought some additional die sets a few weeks ago and here are a couple of cards created with one of them.
This is the INSIDE.
