Note Cards for Retro Rubber.

Hello everyone: As always, I pray that you and your families are doing ok, staying healthy and safe and wearing your masks.

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Hello and welcome to another RETRO RUBBER challenge.
This time it's the very popular theme of "Anything Goes", this is what I created to inspire you to play along. Don't forget that the most important rule of this challenge is for you to use your OLDER THAN ONE YEAR stamps, if you can tell us how old they are, that would be awesome.
*****************************************************
This is what I created following THIS VIDEO TUTORIAL from the very talented Julie DiMatteo that I watched over her blog "The Paper Pixie".
This is what I used.
All the DSP is from my dwindling stash from Lili of the Valley.
The image is from Cas-ual Fridays "Mon Ami" stamp set.
Colored it with Prismacolor Pencils.
Thank you for visiting, I hope you stop by the RETRO RUBBER challenge blog to get more inspiration from my awesome teammates.
Stay healthy and safe.
XO
Maria.
A Little Reminder with CAS-ual Fridays.....
Hello, blogging friends: We're at the halfway point at THE FLOWER CHALLENGE so I'm here again with my second CAS card using the beautiful Mon Ami Stamp Set from CAS-ual Fridays.
I stamped the flowers with Rich Razzleberry ink from SU on watercolor paper and using a damp brush, pulled the color just a bit, then I added shadows with my Prismacolors. The sentiment is from the set.
I die cut the window with a scalloped circle die and placed glimmer paper on the back for a bit of shine. I added the pearls where the details on the flowers are.
This is how the INSIDE of my card looks like.
The sentiment, leaf and bottom flower are from the set.
CAS Fun With CASual Fridays.....
Hello dear friends: My teammates and I over at THE FLOWER CHALLENGEhave a new one for you to play in the month of October.
The theme is CAS (Clean and Simple), which basically means there should be a lot of white, empty space, not many embellishments, and minimal layers.
Once again this month we have a fabulous prize of $25.00 for you to win that the fabulous Michele from CAS-ual Friday Stamps has generously donated, she also gave all of us at The Flower Challenge some of her stamps to play with for this fun challenge so, I hope you get inspired and come and join us in our gallery.
Here's my card.
I used the two flower images on this set from CAS-ual Fridays Stamps called Mon Ami, the stems are also part of it.
I stamped the flowers with Versamark ink and heat embossed them with Pearlescent embossing powder, I used a set of Niji Pearlescent  Watercolors to color the flowers, the stems were stamped with Altenew "Forest Glades" ink.
