Festive Snowman.

Hello everyone: As always, I hope and pray you and your families are doing well, taking care of each other and staying healthy and safe.

***********************************************************************

 I have a quick card to share with you using an image that I stamped a while ago and never used, it landed on my box of "pending projects" but I went and fished it out because I saw a challenge in which it will fit just right.

***************************************************************
This is the inside.

And this is what I used.

"Festive Snowman" from Stamps Happen.
The hats are from a Power Poppy set called "Merry Littles"
I cut their noses with an Exacto knife to be able to fit them on their heads.
WOW Glitter.
The sentiment inside is from a Power Poppy set called "Poinsettia"
The snowflakes on the border are from a Power Poppy set called "Glitterhouse Village".
Prismacolor pencils.

I want to play with:

Crafty Catz Challenge # 574, Anything Goes

optional twist "Christmas: Non Traditional colors"

Your Next Stamp Challenge #173 "Sparkle and Shine"

Thank you for stopping by today.

I appreciate your visit and your comments.

Stay healthy and safe.

XO
Maria.

More UFO's Finished.

Hello everyone: I hope all of you and your families are doing ok dealing with these difficult and painful times, we need to pray and hope things will CHANGE soon.  Please don't forget to wear your masks.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
I'm sure most of you guys have a box or a drawer where you put stamped images or card layouts that maybe you weren't too happy with and thought of finishing later but never did?? Well, I have one box filled with these things and today, I'm sharing some of them. The image is the same, I think my original intention was to create some Holiday cards with it but either changed my mind or, most likely, forgotten about it. In any case, here they are.
As you can see, I used the same images changing the colors for each card.
I just love this little Snowman, the stamp doesn't have the ornaments, I just added some Gina Marie Designs enamel dots and some gold pen for the strings.
The sentiments are from a Power Poppy set called "Poinsettia", the ornaments on the inside are from a Penny Black set called "A Bright Tomorrow".
The embossing folder is called "Ornaments Hung" and it's from Darice.
The Snowman is from Inkadinkado, I couldn't get a link to work but here's the serial # if you are interested, 98379-DD.
I want to play with these challenges.
Thank you so much for stopping by.
Stay healthy, safe and please wear your masks.
Hugs.
Maria.
Frosty's Family and Friends.......
Hello everyone: I've said a lot about my very personal feelings and experiences about the tragic and impossibly sad events we are living every day.
I've heard from my dear card making friends words of compassion and understanding and that makes me feel so loved.
All can say today is that I hope the outcry of thousands upon thousands of people marching for justice and much needed change, not only here at home but all over the world,  can reach the ears of the people who are in positions of power in our government and that they are willing to listen to our voices, if not, then we must look elsewhere for people who have the compassion and the willingness to work hard for that change.
XO
This super cute image is part of a 2004 Stampin' Up! set called "Best Borders", I bought it on eBay about 4 years ago.
On Yesterday's Post, I featured one of the other images, which is also adorable.
I just stamped the image on white card stock and colored it with Prismacolor pencils, I stamped some snowflakes with a Power Poppy image from a set called Glitter House Village which happens to be on sale now.
The sentiment is from an old Flourishes set called "Warm Winter Wishes".
