One Of My Favorite Boys.

Hello everyone: I hope and pray you and your families are doing well, taking care of each other and still wearing your masks.

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
I've had a terrible time trying to write this post, our Internet was GONE!!! then, the power went off for about 6 hours, sheeesh!! We couldn't get any answers from neither the electric company or our internet server. Finally they sent an announcement that there were some repairs being done, bla, bla, bla, bla, bla..... Finally I'm on again, sheeesh!!
I have here a card created with one of my most favorite Boy images.
Pumpkin Heads.
Hello, hello, everybody: I'm always praying and hoping you and your families are doing well, keeping each other healthy and still wearing your masks.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

So all of us over at the 2 OLD BATS HALLOWEEN CHALLENGE have a new inspiration board for you to play with in the month of May.  I know this month is not exactly spooky and ghosts and witches are the farthest things from your mind but that is why this is such a fun challenge, making Halloween cards ahead of time gives you the chance to get a good stash by the time October rolls by.

Here's my card.

This is the INSIDE.

And this is what I used.

The bats are die-cut but again, I apologize for not knowing where it came from.

Double Folding Boxes.

 Hello everyone: I always hope and pray you and your families are doing well, keeping each other safe and still wearing your masks.

My hubby and I are fully vaccinated now, things will be normal again soon.

The SHOPPING OUR STASH challenge is dedicated to all the Moms out there.

I made a couple of boxes for my daughters which I will fill with some yummy Ghirardelli Chocolates, I think you can easily fit 2 in each box.

I followed the directions on the video tutorial from the amazing Julie DiMatteo from THE PAPER PIXIE, her videos are just the best!! I hope you go and check out this one, you'll be cutting and scoring in no time, this box is awesome.

This is how it looks closed.

This is how it looks from the top.

This is how it looks opened.

Julie has more pictures and templates ON HER BLOG so be sure to go and check that out, you will enjoy it from start to finish.

This is what I used.

DSP and ribbons from my stash.
Sentiment from a retired Flourishes set called "Picking Wild Flowers" (2013)

So I hope you hop over to the SHOPPING OUR STASH challenge blog and check out my teammates' beautiful projects then, join us in our gallery.

Forgotten Orchids.

Hello everyone: As always, I hope and pray you and your families are doing well, taking care of each other and still wearing your masks.

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
My teammates and I over at RETRO RUBBER have a fabulous sketch, by our teammate Claire Grantham, for you to play with.
This is the card I created using this fun sketch.  The stamp set is just so beautiful, and I have the dies too, I'm ashamed to say I haven't used it in a very long time.  It took me just about 30 min. to put this card together, I had the DSP panel already cut, the sentiment and the semi-circle on the side were also in my "save for later" box, and the Washi tape was saved from an envelope in which a friend sent a card.
This is the INSIDE.
And this is what I used.
"Climbing Orchids", Stampin' Up! (2017-2018)
Flourishes "Gerbera Daisies" for the inside sentiment, (retired)
DSP from Lili of the Valley (discontinued😭)
I hope you stop by the RETRO RUBBER challenge to get more inspiration from my fabulous teammates and then, come and play along.
Thank you for visiting me today.
Stay healthy and safe.
XO
Maria.
