Hello everyone: I hope you, dear friends, are all doing well, and I also hope that this situation the entire World is going through will be resolved soon, but, in the meantime, we need to keep busy and what better way to do that than to come to the safety of our craft rooms to create. In my efforts to use the stamp sets that I haven't inked up yet, I present you with this card that truly made me forget for a while, the worry and uncertainty we're experiencing right now.
The image is from a Power Poppy set called Woodland Carpet.
I stamped it on a piece of Strathmore Bristol paper with Versafine black in and clear heat embossed it, then, colored it with some watercolors and Prismacolor pencils. The wood panel was stamped with a retired SU background stamp called "Hardwood", the pattern paper is from my stash.
The sentiment is from the set.

This is how the INSIDE of my card looks like.
The sentiment is from an old Flourishes set called "Pears" (2011), the little branch, from the Woodland Carpet set.
I would like to play with the following challenges.
I rotated the sketch on the horizontal.
Things with Wings.
Thank you for visiting me today.
Hugs.
Maria.

Woodland carpet, I'll take a look I don't have that one! Wonderful I love it! When we see Robins return to Vermont we say Spring has arrived! Looking forward to seeing a flock on the lawn!
Ohhh, one of my favorite PP sets... this one and the mushrooms. Just love your card, Maria! The papers you chose are perfect with the image and your coloring is super!
