Autumn is my favorite Season of the Year, the cooler temperatures are so welcomed after enduring some really hot days in July and August but, it's the colors we enjoy every year that makes me wait for it every day.

I have a card to share that depicts exactly what I mean.

Super Adorable Trick or Treaters.

 Hello everyone: I hope you and your families are doing well in this most difficult and trying times, please stay healthy, safe and wear your masks.

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Most of you know I adore the House Mouse siblings, always cute, always sweet and, sometimes, mischievous.
I found this stamped image on my drawer where I keep my House Mouse stamps, it was inside of a blank card, obviously, I meant to color it but forgot about it.
I have a few other stamped images in there so I'll be making more cards once I finish coloring them.
I love this little Trick or Treat scene!!
I stamped this image on Canson Mixed Media paper with Stazon ink and colored with Sakura Koi watercolor markers and shaded it with Prismacolor pencils.
The DSP and glitter paper are from my box of scraps, you know? it's hard to throw those pretty scraps away, right?
The sentiment and the little ghost are from a retired SU set called "Caudron Bubble" (2018 Holiday Mini.)
Never Too Cute.
 Hello everyone: I'm praying that you and your families are doing well in these difficult times. I'm also praying for all of the people who are in the path of these horrific fires, some of my friends live in California and Oregon and they tell me that the skies are orange and filled with smoke. I'm praying for your safety and that of all of your loved ones.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

I don't know about you guys but, I have enough stamp sets to last me for the rest of my creative life so, I've promised a couple of times not to get any more stamps, no matter how beautiful or cute they are.

Some of you know that I adore the House Mouse siblings and I do have a lot of images of these sweet little critters but, about a month ago I saw a set that just made me go crazy enough to break my promise of not getting new stuff.

I made this card with it, I'm asking you, how can I not get this set??

The name is "Masked Mice"

Isn't this little mousey just so adorable??
I just stamped it on Canson Mix Media paper with Memento black ink and, once it was dry, I colored with Prismacolor pencils.
The pattern paper is from my dwindling stash from Lili of the Valley, the other one was stamped with a background stamp from Impression Obsession called Swirl Background

Between Friends

Hello everyone: I'm continually praying and hoping you and your families are doing well as we go through these trying times.
Stay healthy and safe.
  ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
So I've been busy with my efforts to use my UFO's, which were just there in a box waiting for some color or to be used on a card. These panels were relegated to the "unfinished" box because I either changed my mind or I didn't like the way the image was stamped so now, thanks to the Shopping Our Stash challenge, in which I'm a member of the Designer Team, I finally gave all of this images one more try and created cards with them.
Here's yet another one of these images.
I adore the House Mouse siblings, they are mischievous and adorable at the same time, this card is one super cute example. The image is called "Feathered Friends", stamped on watercolor paper with Stazon black ink and colored with SU markers, the sentiment and the feather are from a Papertrey Ink stamp and die set called Feather Finery.
***************************************************
This is the INSIDE of the card.
The sentiment is from a retired SU set called "Language of Friendship" (2011-2012), the branch and the little bird are from an Altenew set called Birch Land.
I want to play along with the following challenges.
Sip by Sip.......
Hello everyone: I know I might sound like a broken record, you know? a vinyl LP for those of us that actually remember those, but I think wearing our masks is of vital importance and, unfortunately, some young people still don't get it.
Like I tell my grandkids, it's either wear a mask or wear a ventilator.
Enough said.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

Well, where did Spring go?? Summer is here, I really didn't even remember that it arrived on June1st., sheeesh!!
But here's a card to welcome this beloved Season of the Year.

You already know how much I love the House Mouse Critters, right? Well, this image just makes me laugh, I honestly don't know what I would do if I ever find a mousy taking a dip in my lemonade, LOL!!
I stamped this image on Strathmore Bristol paper with Stazon gray ink and colored it with Prismacolor pencils then, I fussy cut it, the sentiment is from a Power Poppy set called "Short Stalks", the pattern paper is from my stash.

*******************************************************

This is the inside of my card.

The sentiment is from a Power Poppy set called "Dynamic Duos, Peonies and Tulips", the little bucket and shovel from a small set with no name, I apologize.

I hope you can come and play along with us at RETRO RUBBER, remember to use stamps that are older than one year, also please read our rules, they are few but important.
Thank you for visiting me today.
Stay safe and healthy.
Maria.

Twofer Umbrella/Rain Challenge..........

Hello everyone: I hope all of you are doing well, handling the necessary confinement the best way possible.  We've been keeping busy Spring Cleaning and doing some yard work and I'm making cards, I'm so happy to have this hobby, it's a great way to forget for a while this situation we're all dealing with.
So, the Twofer Challenge ladies have one for us to play with and here are the cards I made to participate.

Some of my favorite critter stamps are from House Mouse so I made my Twofers with these cute and delightful images.
********************************************
This is my first card.

House mouse has other sweet little critters from a line called "Happy Hoppers" and this one called "Umbrella Nap" is one of them. How I wish I could be doing just exactly what this sweetie pie is doing.  I stamped the image with Antique Linnen distress ink and colored it with Prismacolor pencils, the umbrella is a die from Memory Box called "Pettite Umbrella".
The sentiment is from a Power Poppy set called "Best Day Ever", I'm sorry I don't recall where the beach accessories are from, the pattern papers are from my stash.
***********************************************************
This is how the INSIDE of my card looks like.

The sentiment is from the same Power Poppy set.
*****************************************************
This is my Twofer.

The little mouse image is called "Butterflight", and in this stamp, the baby mouse is holding on to the legs of a big butterfly, so to create this card, I inked only the mouse. I wanted the little hand to appear as if it's hanging from the umbrella so I cut around the hand with an Exacto knife and lifting it a bit, placed the umbrella's handle underneath.  The little butterflies are from a Penny Black set called "Critter Party, the baby rattle is from an old Flourishes set called "Baby Love" and the sentiment is from an old Stampin' Up! set called "Curly Cute" (2010-2011)
********************************************************
This is how the INSIDE of my card looks like.

I think the sentiment is from Stampendous (not sure), the teddy bear from the same Flourishes set as the rattle.

I'm playing along with the following challenges.

I used the same umbrella die for these cards.

I stamped the image on Strathmore Bristol Smooth paper with Stazon black ink and colored it with Prismacolor pencils.

The flowers and leaves are from a retired SU die set called "Botanical Blooms"
The sentiment is from a Power Poppy set called "Tea in the Garden", the enamel dots are from Gina Marie Designs.
******************************************************
This is how the INSIDE of my card looks like.

The sentiment is from a Power Poppy set called "Daffodils".
