Be Well.......

Hello everyone: I have a really cute card made with a sweet House Mouse stamp called "Mouse Drops".

I stamped the image on Strathmore Bristol Smooth paper with Stazon black ink and colored it with Prismacolor pencils.
I used some of my Lili of the Valley scraps of DSP, which took me forever to arrange, I've always had a tough time mixing pattern papers.
The flowers and leaves are from a retired SU die set called "Botanical Blooms"
The sentiment is from a Power Poppy set called "Tea in the Garden", the enamel dots are from Gina Marie Designs.

This is how the INSIDE of my card looks like.

The sentiment is from a Power Poppy set called "Daffodils".

I'm playing along with the following challenges.

Farm Yard Animals.
I think field mice live there.
My Time To Craft!

Thank you for visiting me today.
Hugs.

Just a Little Reminder.............

Hello again everyone: On this reminder post for THE FLOWER CHALLENGE with a theme of "Add Leaves", I confess I might have gone a bit overboard with all of these pretty flowers and leaves but, in my defense, I'm very tired of gray and cold days, we got about 3" of snow last night and everything looks nice and white and clean but still, I yearn for color, lots of it and that's one of the reasons I created this card that I hope inspires you to come and play along with my teammates and me in THE FLOWER CHALLENGE gallery.

I decided to use one of my favorite flowers die sets from Stampin' Up! called "Botanical Blooms", I don't have the stamp set but I can still create lots of pretty flowers in all colors of the rainbow.
I die cut a "Congratulations" word in gold foil paper to use this card for a June Wedding or Bridal Shower, which I know I'll use this year.
I sponged a little bit of distress inks on all of the flowers and added some Gina Marie Designs enamel dots to their centers.
*****************************************************************This is how the INSIDE of my card looks like.

The Sentiment is from a Power Poppy set called "Marcella's Mix Tape Vol 2", the border is from a SU set called "Bordering Blooms" and I cut an extra little flower with the same die set.

Please go visit THE FLOWER CHALLENGE and check out my teammates' creations, I'm sure you'll find even more creative inspiration with their cards.

Thank you for stopping by today.
Hugs.
Maria.

Some Tic Tac Toe Fun.....

No photo description available.

Hi, there blogging friends: My teammates and I over at RETRO RUBBER have a new and fun challenge for you to play with this time around, it's the ever so popular Tic Tac Toe grid in which you have some awesome combinations to try.
Here's my card and I  hope it inspires you to come and join us in the gallery.

To create this card I used the diagonal with the "Punches or Dies, Leaves and Ribbon or Twine"
I just added a few flowers but mostly there are leaves from two different SU sets. The "Botanical Builder" die set (2016) and the "Peaceful Petals" (2014 Occasions Mini), I added just 3 flowers to complete my decoration, a little piece of yellow Gingham paper behind my die cut panel and the sentiment from another retired SU set called "Happiness Shared" (2010-2011 Idea Book).
****************************************************
This is how the INSIDE of my card looks like.

The sentiment and the leaf are from another retired SU set called "Painted Harvest" (2017 Holiday Catalog)

I hope you come and play along with us over at RETRO RUBBER, please remember that at least one of your stamps MUST be at least one year old or more, if you can provide us with the date that would be awesome.
Please stop by the blog to check out my teammates' beautiful creations.

Thank you for stopping by, your comments always make my day.

Our Wonderful Crafting Machines.....

Hello crafting friends: The SHOPPING OUR STASH challenge has a new and fun one for you to play this week, we want you to use your favorite crafting machine or tool, I have 2 that I just can't live without.....the BIG SHOT and the MISTI.  I use this tools every single day in my craft room, I can't picture my crafting life without them so, here is my card that uses both of this wonderful machines that have changed the crafting world forever.

I used a lot of my stash of die cut flowers done with the now retired SU "Botanical Blooms", this is one beautiful die set, it has a stamp set but the dies are more than enough by themselves.
I saw THIS CARD on Pinterest and I decided to use some of my already cut flowers, all I did is to sponge them a bit with distress inks.
I also had a strip of black card stock that I had heat embossed in white using the "Bordering Blooms" stamp set from SU and I thought I could incorporate it on my card, even if the design doesn't look like the flowers.
The sentiment was die cut with oval dies and stamped with Versafine black ink.

***********************************************************************

This is how the INSIDE of my card looks like.

I used some scraps of the DSP to decorate the inside, the sentiment is from an old Flourishes set called "Sweet Peas" and the flower on the corner also from my stash.

I hope you stop by the SHOPPING OUR STASH blog and check out my teammates beautiful creations then, come and play along.
Please let us know what craft machine or tool you used to create your cards.

Thank you for stopping by, I always read every single comment you so kindly leave on my posts, I want you to know I appreciate them more than words can express.
Until next time, happy stamping,
Hugs from Maria .

For the Bride and Groom.....

Hello everyone: The RETRO RUBBER challenge has a new challenge for you to play with and the theme is WEDDINGS.  I haven't had requests for Wedding cards lately so this was a great opportunity to make one and keep it handy.  I wanted to use this adorable cutouts I've had since like forever and this was my chance.  Here is my card, hope you like it.

I had this little cutouts in my embellishments drawer, they were bought in Mexico some years ago and had been neglected for a very long time, I think they are the cutest. I had to fussy cut around the image as they have a somewhat wide outline and, since I wanted to put the Groom behind the Bride, that outline was in the way.

I adore the faces of this images, the Bride, with a blissful look on her pretty face, so happy and dreamy, the Groom.....well.....he looks happy too but, judging by his grin and the sweat on his brow, he also looks.....Ehmm! worried? scared? I don't know, what do you think?
The lovely flowers that serve as a backdrop for the sweet couple are die cut with the fabulous and sadly retired "Botanical Blooms" die set that came out in the 2016 Stampin' Up! catalog, I only bought the dies.  The sentiment is from the 2009-2010 Stampin' Up! set "Teeny Tiny Wishes".
**************************************************************
Here is a picture of the finish inside of my card.

The sentiment and the little flowers in the corner are from a 2010 Flourishes set called "Picking Wild Flowers", the die cut is from a Spellbinders die set called "Oval Regalia".
I hope you join us in the RETRO RUBBER gallery, don't forget to visit my awesome teammates' blogs and see their fabulous creations, you'll be happy you did.
