Autumn CAS...........

Hello everyone: I'm here again hoping and wishing everyone is doing ok, following the guidelines, washing your hands, staying home and protecting yourselves the best way you can, if you need to go out.

So I have a CAS card to share with you all that I will enter on a few challenges.

I used the "Grove Branch" from Memory Box and the leaves from Impression Obsession, I used SU re-inkers in Tangarine Tango, Peek-a-boo Peach and Wild Wassabi to watercolor the branch and leaves.
The sentiment is from Our Daily Bread and it's called "Autumn Blessings".
I don't know if the online store is closed because I couldn't log on.

This is how the INSIDE of my card looks like.

The border is from a retired SU set called "Gorgeous Grunge", the sentiment and the leaf are from the Our Daily Bread set.

I'm playing along with the following challenges.

Thank you for stopping by today.
Stay safe and healthy and be patient.

Sending lots of virtual hugs.
Maria.

Just a Little Reminder.............

Hello again everyone: On this reminder post for THE FLOWER CHALLENGE with a theme of "Add Leaves", I confess I might have gone a bit overboard with all of these pretty flowers and leaves but, in my defense, I'm very tired of gray and cold days, we got about 3" of snow last night and everything looks nice and white and clean but still, I yearn for color, lots of it and that's one of the reasons I created this card that I hope inspires you to come and play along with my teammates and me in THE FLOWER CHALLENGE gallery.

I decided to use one of my favorite flowers die sets from Stampin' Up! called "Botanical Blooms", I don't have the stamp set but I can still create lots of pretty flowers in all colors of the rainbow.
I die cut a "Congratulations" word in gold foil paper to use this card for a June Wedding or Bridal Shower, which I know I'll use this year.
I sponged a little bit of distress inks on all of the flowers and added some Gina Marie Designs enamel dots to their centers.
*****************************************************************This is how the INSIDE of my card looks like.

The Sentiment is from a Power Poppy set called "Marcella's Mix Tape Vol 2", the border is from a SU set called "Bordering Blooms" and I cut an extra little flower with the same die set.

Please go visit THE FLOWER CHALLENGE and check out my teammates' creations, I'm sure you'll find even more creative inspiration with their cards.

Thank you for stopping by today.
Hugs.
Maria.

Leaves for SOS.....

Hello, blogging friends: Autumn is kind of around the corner, which is fine with me since it's my most favorite Season of the Year. I love the cooler temperatures but most of all, I love the glorious colors on the trees.
The theme over at SHOPPING OUR STASH is LEAVES so here is the card I made to inspire you to come and play along with us.

These leaves were stamped and then heat embossed with gold and copper embossing powder with the "Vintage Leaves" stamp set from the 2015-2016 Stampin' Up! catalog (sadly retired) then I die cut them with the coordinating die set, (also retired😞), I sponged the leaves with distress inks to add color to them.
The panel with the gold design is from SU and the wood pattern paper from MODA SCRAP "WOOD EFFECTS" I adore this amazing paper and the great thing about it is that it's ONE SIDED!! so you don't have to struggle picking what side to use.
The ribbons are from my stash of bits and pieces, I was lucky I had that gold cord in the bag which was just about enough to make a bow, I need to get more, I really love how easy it is to make a bow with it.

This is how the INSIDE of my card looks like.

The sentiment is from an old Flourishes set called "Dahlias", the leaf from the same set.

I hope this card inspires you to come along and play with us at SHOPPING OUR STASH, for more inspiration stop by the blog and check out my teammates' beautiful creations.
