Gone With The Wind!!

 Hello everyone: As always, I hope you and your families are doing well, keeping each other healthy and safe.

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
I have a card to share today that will go into my Christmas stash, I've been creating Holiday cards throughout the year so, when the Season arrives, I'm very confident I will have enough to send out to family and dear friends.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
This is the inside.

And this is what I used.

The darling image is from Stamping Bella and it's called
"Seasons Greetings"
The "Let it Snow" tag is from Flourishes "Warm Winter Wishes"
The sentiment inside is from Power Poppy's "Poinsettia"
The candy canes are from Power Poppy's "Merry Littles"
Prismacolor pencils.
Embossing paste.

I want to play with these challenges.

A Snowy Day!!!!!!!!

Hello everyone: I hope all of you are doing well and adjusting to being home 24/7 at least for now and since I have a lot of time on my hands and I can't go swimming, I've been spending it in my craft room doing one of the things I love best, using my new and old stamps which I've promised myself I'd do.
Here's a card I will joyfully add to my Christmas stash.

This image is from Stamping Bella and it's called "Seasons Greetings" and I think it absolutely needs NO sentiment, the image says it all!!!
I stamped this cutie pie on watercolor paper with Versafine black ink, clear heat embossed it and colored it with Windsor&Newton watercolor markers, I created some snowbanks with a Prismacolor pencil and then, sponged the panel with distress ink, I created the "snow" with embossing paste and a snow stencil.

This is how the inside of my card looks like.

 The border is from a retired SU set called "Delicate Details", the sentiment is from Stamping Bella and the candy canes from a Power Poppy set called "Merry Littles".

I want to play with the following challenges.

Challenge #112 "Embossing of any kind"
I heat embossed the image and added
embossing paste for the snow.

Audrey Loves Make Up.....and Spots.....

Hello everyone: I had the awesome surprise of being picked as a lucky winner of the "Less is More" challenge #394 "Buds and Petals" with THIS CARD, so the fabulous ladies of the Designer Team asked me to be their Guest Designer for Challenge # 398, One Layer Card, "SPOTS".

So I'm thrilled to share with you this card I made for this challenge, I hope it inspires you to come and play along.

This image is from Stamping Bella and it's called Audrey Loves Makeup, doesn't she looks so elegant?
I stamped the image on a folded piece of watercolor paper with Stazon black ink and colored her dress, hat and purse with a bit of Picked Raspberry distress ink, then I grabbed THIS FALLING SNOW STENCIL and carefully looked for a section where I can cover the dress, purse and hat and, with a sponge dauber, I went over that very lightly with the distress ink.
I used Prismacolor pencils to add color to her sweet face, arms, legs and hat, I applied a gold gel pen to the details on her purse, her necklace and tiny lipstick, I also added an earring, just to complete her jewelry, I sure hope you can see it.
The sentiment is from a Power Poppy set called Sassy Succulents, the spots are from a retired Stampin' Up! set called Gorgeous Grunge.

This is how the INSIDE of my card looks like.

The sentiment is from the Stamping Bella set, the spots from the Gorgeous Grunge set.
I hope you get inspired to come and play along at the "Less is More" challenge, you might be their next Guest Designer.

Abigail is Painting.....

Image may contain: text

Hello everyone: It's time for another challenge over at RETRO RUBBER and I know this theme is a favorite of you guys. I haven't used my Stamping Bella stamps in a while so here is this one, which is one of my favorites because I always picture my granddaughter Vanessa hard at work.

The name of this image is "Abigail Painting", stamped on watercolor paper with Stazon black ink and colored with some of my SU markers and Prismacolor pencils. The DSP is from Lili of the Valley,(discontinued), the sentiment is from a Power Poppy set called "Sassy Succulents.

*************************************************************************

This is how the INSIDE of my card looks like.

I combined 3 different sets here.  The sentiment is from a brand, spanking new SU set called All The Good Things, the border on the top is from a retired SU set called "Delicate Borders" and the little image on the corner is from a Mo Manning stamp called "The Artist", I have it in rubber but it can also be bought in digital format.

I hope you come along and play with us over at RETRO RUBBER, for more inspiration, please stop by the blog to see my teammates amazing cards and leave them some comment love.

Please don't forget to use at least one stamp that is OLDER THAN ONE YEAR.
Please let us know how long you had this stamps or the year when they were released.

I hope you go dig out your beloved older stamps and join my teammates and me in the RETRO RUBBER gallery, we can't wait to see what you create.
