An OLC for LIM.....

Hello everyone: I'm sharing another card created with a very beautiful Stampin' Up! set called "Serene Garden", which I've only used once to make a quick card for a friend of my youngest daughter who had lost her dad. I didn't even take a picture, had no time at all so, I'm here with this card which is a CAS One Layer Card that I will enter in a few challenges at the end of the post.

I stamped the largest image on a folded watercolor card base with Antique Linen distress ink and heat embossed it with clear embossing powder.
(By the way, when I scored the 11"x4.5" paper, I folded it the wrong way and that's why it looks a bit frayed on the fold ๐Ÿ˜ช)
After heat embossing the image I colored it with Altenew ink pads in "Evergreen" and "Forest Glades" and a small brush, these super old ink pads are still working great.
The sentiment is from a Power Poppy set called Dynamic Duos: Foxglove and Ranunculus.
******************************************************

This is the way the INSIDE of my card looks like.

The border is stamped with a retired SU set called "Bordering Blooms", the sentiment from the Power Poppy set.

I'm playing along with the following challenges.

#95 "Wings"

"Things with Wings"

"All Creatures Great and Small"
I went with the title with my little butterfly.

Oh. My. GOSH! This is so incredibly gorgeous, Maria! The gold embossing, the colors you used... and the stamp set! Wow! I haven't seen this one, but I love it so much! The leafy border inside just steals my heart, too. Look at all those challenges! Great job, Maria!

What a beautiful effect you've achieved by stamping in the Antique Linen (note to self - not all stamping should be black!) and by the soft, subtle colours. Gorgeous. Thanks for joining The Library.
